How to delete an event from the system

How to reschedule an event

If your event requires a time and/or date change, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Neighbur account
  2. Proceed to MY EVENTS from your account menu
  3. Select EDIT to modify the event date and time parameters
  4. Proceed to Step 3 to preview your changes and submit
  5. Event is now updated
If attendees contact you for a refund, please collect all required refund details and forward to tickets@neighbur.com
