These guidelines apply to persons/entities seeking to make use of the brand assets of NEIGHBUR Inc. and the family of companies owned and operated by NEIGHBUR INC. (collectively, "NEIGHBUR" or “Neighbur” or “our” or “we” or “us”). These guidelines are incorporated into and subject to the terms of our Terms and Conditions for the use of the Neighbur website (the "Site"). Terms defined in the Terms and Conditions User Agreement (the “User Agreement”) have the same meanings herein. We reserve the right to amend these guidelines at any time, with or without notice.
The following are guidelines for your use of our brand assets:
a) Our brand assets include the words, phrases, symbols and designs that are associated with “Neighbur” and the services we provide.
b) You may only use references to “Neighbur” to identify NEIGHBUR INC. and its websites, products and services.
c) Where provided, use only the image assets, copy, links, and feeds provided or expressly approved by NEIGHBUR.
d) You may not combine the “Neighbur” brand with your name, marks or generic terms, and may not use “Neighbur” as part of your brand or identity without a license from us. Do not assert rights over the “Neighbur” brand. You may not use trademarks, names, domain names, logos, or other content that are confusingly similar to Neighbur assets, or that could be confused with “Neighbur”.
e) You may not use “Neighbur” as an adjective, adverb, or verb.
f) You may identify that your application is compatible with NEIGHBUR’s site or Services. But you may not do so in a way that cold suggest it is an official or endorsed NEIGHBUR application, or that you are a NEIGHBUR partner. Your use of NEIGHBUR brand assets must make it clear that NEIGHBUR does not endorse or sponsor the project you desire to use NEIGHBUR brand assets with.
g) Do not modify any “Neighbur” brand assets in any way, such as by changing the design or color. The exception is if you are working in print media or product packaging and you’re unable to use the correct color due to technical limitations. In those cases, you can revert to black and white. You may scale the size of brand assets to suit your needs, as long as they are not the most distinctive or prominent feature on your web page, printed material, or other content. When customizing a screen shot do delete any advertising, and do not use personally identifiable information, non-public information, third party logos, trademarks, service marks or images.
h) Do not use screenshot images from any other websites.
i) Do not feature Neighbur assets in any way which would violate the Terms and Conditions if used on the Site.
j) We do not permit or license our trademarks, logos or other intellectual property for third party use on merchandise or other products (such as clothing, hats or mugs).
